With this in mind, Maggie, with the help of family and friends, opened Mazah Mediterranean Eatery in 2009. Since then, we have ventured to bring our customers a first-hand experience into the cultural uniqueness that is fostered by the harmony created from the use of fresh ingredients, masterfully blended spices, and warm hospitality.
